Good XC gear and experience required (metal edge skis). While this is a moderate tour, at least either some backcountry (ie, off trail) ski experience required, or good alpine experience. This is about a 7.1 mile loop with only 650' absolute elevation change, but 2,300' cumulative elevation change (it's hilly!)
